Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Course Fee Refund

1. All course fees once paid are non-refundable.
2. Refunds will be provided only if:
3. The course is cancelled by the institute, or
4. A technical error caused duplicate payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

1. The payment was made more than once for the same course.
2. The student has not accessed or started the course yet.
3. The request is made within 3 working days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

1. Registration fees, examination fees, and certification charges are non-refundable.
2. Fees paid for offline classes or downloadable content are also non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

1. To request a refund, email us at UNIVERSAL8816@gmail.com with your payment details and proof of transaction.
2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. ⏳

5. Course Cancellation

If a course is cancelled by vision skill adacemy, full fees will be refunded to the student.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
